Class Descriptions and Location Details

Hips and Low Back Working together, the muscles of the iliopsoas are the most powerful flexors of the thigh at the hip joint and also have a very important roll in stabilization and movement of the lumbar spine. We will do MFS for Iliopsoas to release all. This is a great class for people with low back, hip and knee pain. The main focus will be ELDOAs specifically for the lumbar spine to relieve disc compression and improve alignment for the rest of the spine. This class is fantastic for realignment and decompression for this common problem area for many people. We will focus on the ELDOA for the Dura Mater, MFS to release the shoulders as well as decompression for all the cervical spine..Learn what you can do to achieve the most ideal posture and support for this system. Diaphragm Did you know that your diaphragm (a muscle that you cannot even see) is one of the most important skeletal muscles in your entire body? On average a person breathes around 8-14 times every minute. With 1,440 minutes in a day, that is between 11,520 – 20,160 breaths you take for each day about 365 days a year. This does not include many other variables such as exercise, stress or sleep – all of which have an affect on your breathing. Your diaphragm is responsible for every single inhale and exhale you do for the course of your entire life. I’d say this is rather important, wouldn’t you agree? This class will focus on releasing the different parts of the diaphragm, including ELDOAs for the relations of the spine, to help you breathe easy after a long week! These ELDOA METHOD Classes are 60 minutes and open for people of all levels.

All you will need is a towel, bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one.

Also, please arrive early so we can start on time. Anyone arriving after the warm up will unfortunately be turned away due to the principles of warming up and out of respect for the other participants. There is a brief medical/injury history to complete prior to your first session so please plan accordingly.
