Everything you need to get started

Hello! Welcome to the ELDOA METHOD Online Video Library.

This online resource is designed to help you practice the many ELDOA METHOD techniques wherever you are and to be able to do them as closely to how the creator, Guy VOYER DO, intended them to be done.

Below, you’ll find an intro series that covers some very important information to help get you started. There is also a collection of videos that are distinctly useful to help introduce you to some of the most common Myofascial Stretches and ELDOA Exercises.

I highly recommend that you watch and practice all of the videos below before you then continue to the 12-Week Global Series to begin the first 30 minute session for Week 1.

If you are currently experiencing Back Pain - you are welcome to watch but please wait until AFTER your evaluation session before you practice any of these so that we can determine any specific adaptations you may need.

Meet Henry!

Henry has been kind enough to help me out, as I do an overview of some of the most key Myofascial Stretches for hip mobility and ELDOAs for commonly problematic areas of the spine. Henry is a very good example to help you see that some of the postures can be easily adapted to accommodate different levels of flexibility.
